Where are you located?

Simple Church meets at Event Center West in West Des Moines at 1701 25th Street. It is located between Westown Parkway and University Ave.

The nearest exit to a major freeway is the 22nd street exit for Interstate 235.

What time is service?

Our Sunday service is at 10:00am until 11:15am. Our children's service runs until 11:30am giving parents an extra moment to connect together and with our church community.

Where do I park?

A parking lot is available to park in with guest parking spaces designated by the front door.

Is there something for my kids?

We offer a wonderful Children's Service during our usual Sunday service for children from birth to fifth grade. More information on what our Children's Ministry looks like and about our Children's Director can be found at simple.church/kids.

Why plan a visit?

You matter to God and you matter to us. Planning a visit allows us to reach out to you before you ever walk through the doors on Sunday. We can answer all your questions, meet any immediate needs you have, and help you feel welcomed, seen, and loved.

What is a service like?

Our services feature a mix of contemporary worship and traditional hymns, a practical and applicable message from the Bible, interactive video elements, and a strong emphasis on building community centered on Jesus through round table discussion.

We celebrate communion together monthly and frequently have special moments in our services to feature testimonies, stories, children's dedication, baptisms, and more.

What do I wear?

Come as you are. Most people wear casual, everyday clothing. Some people dress for the occasion in suits and ties. We know that clothing is an important reflection of you and who you are as made in the image of God.

What type of church?

Simple Church is a Protestant Evangelical church not affiliated with any denomonation or organization. We call ourselves a conversational-style church because we believe the Church was created to grow in relationship with Jesus and each other and to go out into the world and share the love of Jesus. We keep it simple: love God, love others, serve our world.

What about my kids?

Kids will have a blast at church every single week and grow closer to Jesus. At Simple Church we make this a priority. We have a special experience tailored for your kids to learn about the love of Jesus during service. Our Children's Ministry is for kids from birth to 5th grade.
